Rachelle is a Registered Psychotherapist offering trauma-informed psychotherapy to adults 18+. She works with anxiety, emotional reactivity, relational patterns, and the impacts of relational trauma, using a structured and collaborative approach grounded in attachment- and nervous system-based models. Sessions are offered virtually via secure video.
